What are the office hours?
The office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and 9:00am-1:00pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your self storage unit 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Am I able to store long term?
Our leases are available on a monthly basis. With such flexible lease options, tenants are able to store their belongings long-term. Modern storage for modern lifestyles.
Is the self storage facility safe and secure?
The self storage facility is always safe and secure. We’ve invested in a video surveillance system to help us monitor the property 24/7. With our fence and security gates, tenants are able to enter the gate and facility using their personal passcode.
How do I pay my self storage bill?
Pay your self storage bill online using a debit or credit card, by mail, or stop by the office. Create an account and sign in every month to make your payments.

Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

What should I ask when comparison shopping?
How often are your rent raises? How much are your rent raises usually? What are the TOTAL move in fees, including rent and when are these due? How much notice do I need to give prior to vacating? (We do not need any notice, just let us know when you have left!). Are there climate-controlled units? (Trust us, you will want climate-controlled units with the South Carolina humidity).
What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside. Make sure not to stack boxes to the ceiling to help the airflow in climate-controlled units.

Should I make a reservation?
Absolutely! Call us about availability. Storage room vacancy changes daily. Make sure the size storage room you want is available when you need it. We recommend you reserve your storage room before you arrive by calling our rental office in advance.

Units not reserved are on a first come first serve basis – unless reserved. Reserve now before the last unit in your size is taken!
